Terms & Conditions — Target4D Platform Agreement

01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", "You") and Target4D (hereinafter "Platform", "Company", "We", "Us"), which operates the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at target4d.cam.

By accessing, registering on, or using Target4D in any capacity — including browsing, placing wagers, participating in promotions, or communicating with customer support — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately. Continued use of Target4D following any published update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on Target4D, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Target4D strictly prohibits participation by persons under the age of 21. Falsification of age constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual natural person acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• You are not a resident of or accessing from a Prohibited Territory.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, affiliate, or immediate family member of Target4D or any of its associated entities.
• You have not previously had an account on Target4D suspended or permanently closed for violations of these Terms.
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You understand and accept that gambling carries financial risk and that losses are possible.

Each eligible person may hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and all associated balances being permanently forfeited.

04 Registration & KYC Verification

Account registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, and chosen payment method details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and for updating it promptly if any details change.

Target4D conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as a regulatory obligation. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Malaysian IC, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of e-wallet account, bank account statement)
• Source of funds declaration where required by applicable regulations

KYC verification is a prerequisite for processing withdrawal requests. The Platform targets a KYC review turnaround of under two (2) business hours for standard submissions. Complex cases or requests for additional documentation may extend this timeframe. You will be notified via your registered email address of the outcome.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Target4D will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your username and password.

05 Deposits & Payment Methods

Target4D accepts deposits via the following approved payment channels available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether USDT, BNB). The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market rate applicable at the time of receipt. Target4D does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and shall not be liable for rate fluctuations.

• Minimum deposit amounts are as published on the Cashier page and subject to change at Target4D's discretion.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Target4D does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmed receipt. In cases of delayed crediting, contact our support team with transaction proof.
• Target4D reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that triggers our anti-money-laundering monitoring systems.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified account holders whose accounts are in good standing. The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal is processed:

• Your account must be fully KYC verified.
• All active bonus wagering requirements applicable to your account balance must be completed in full.
• The requested withdrawal amount must not exceed your available withdrawable balance.
• No outstanding security review, dispute, or compliance investigation is pending on your account.
• Your account has not been flagged for suspicious activity or bonus abuse.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes; bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, FPX) within 1–4 business hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals within 30–60 minutes subject to network confirmation times.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

Target4D offers various promotional programmes including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, referral rewards, VIP tier bonuses, and birthday bonuses. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

The following general provisions apply to all bonuses unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the offer type.
• Only eligible game types contribute to wagering requirement clearance. Live dealer casino games, slots, and sportsbook bets may contribute at different rates. Contribution rates are published per promotion.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotional structures, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or coordinating with other players to generate artificial turnover — will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
• Bonuses have validity periods. Unclaimed or uncleared bonuses expire at the end of their validity window and are automatically removed from the account balance.
• Where both a real-money balance and a bonus balance are present, withdrawals will be processed from the real-money balance first. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are met in full.
• Target4D reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

08 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All gaming and wagering activities on Target4D are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or market, as displayed within the Platform. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable game rules.

• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software and are final once confirmed by the Platform's servers. Technical malfunctions void all related wagers and stakes are returned.
• Sports betting results are settled based on official result sources as determined by Target4D. In the event of disputes regarding match results, Target4D's decision is final.
• Live betting (in-play) wagers are accepted subject to platform latency. Wagers placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined may be voided at Target4D's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed at the point of wagering.
• Target4D reserves the right to void any wager placed under technically or commercially incorrect odds or conditions.

09 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Target4D and constitute material breaches of these Terms, subject to immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Money laundering: Using the Platform to process, conceal, or convert the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional structures, wagering in patterns designed to clear bonuses with minimal genuine risk, or using multiple accounts to claim offers.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or automated betting systems to interact with the Platform.
• Match-fixing: Placing wagers on sporting events in which you have a direct or indirect influence over the outcome.
• Fraud: Providing false identity documents, making chargebacks in bad faith, or otherwise deceiving the Platform or its payment processors.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's systems, other users' accounts, or backend infrastructure.
• Third-party deposits: Depositing funds from payment methods not registered in your own name.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

Target4D reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility criteria, including age verification
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months
• Voluntary player-initiated self-exclusion request
• Regulatory or compliance obligations requiring account closure

Upon account closure, any remaining Player Funds (excluding forfeited Bonus Funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable regulatory holds and outstanding investigations.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. If you are closing your account for responsible gambling reasons, please inform support so that appropriate self-exclusion measures can be applied.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Target4D's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or related to these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Player Funds held in the player's account at the time the claim arises.

Target4D shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, data, opportunity, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect
• Service interruptions caused by Force Majeure events

• Any consequences of a player's failure to read, understand, or comply with these Terms

• Unauthorised account access resulting from the player's failure to protect their credentials

12 Responsible Gambling

Target4D is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. The Platform operates strictly for players aged 21 and above. We provide the following responsible gambling tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts or automatic logouts after set session durations.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict account access for a defined period without full closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or time-limited exclusion from the Platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of Target4D.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Target4D reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including changes to applicable laws, regulatory requirements, or business operations.

Where changes are material, Target4D will provide reasonable notice via in-platform notification and/or email to your registered address. Non-material clarifications may be published without prior notice. The version and date displayed at the top of this page reflect the currently operative Terms.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Target4D is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory, save where overriding mandatory local consumer protection laws apply.
